TSAZ CONTROL ROOM · EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 7, 2026TSAZ Control Room is the private workspace of Techno Snobs Arizona (TSAZ). Only people with a company account can sign in; it is not offered to the public. This page explains what the app reads from the company’s connected accounts and how that information is handled.
Google account data
When the company owner connects the company Google account, the app asks Google for read-only access and reads:
- Gmail: the sender, subject, date, a short snippet, the unread flag and the number of attachments of messages that match the company’s saved searches; contract files attached to matching messages; and the figures in venue settlement emails. Full message bodies are not saved.
- Google Contacts: the company’s contacts that have an email address, or only those matching a saved search (name, email address, phone number and organization).
- Google Calendar: the times, titles, places, links and colours of events in the company calendars the owner turns on. Attendees and descriptions are not saved.
- Google Drive: the names, folders and links of files in the company Documents, Invoices and Contracts folders the owner chooses (and their subfolders), and private copies of those documents (up to 5 MB each).
How it is used
Only to show the company its own email, contracts, contacts, calendar, documents and show settlements inside this workspace, for booking, show reporting and accounting. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared outside the company.
TSAZ Control Room’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Read-only
The app never sends, deletes, labels or marks email as read, and never changes Google Contacts, Calendar or Drive.
Storage and security
Records are kept in the company’s private Cloudflare database and file storage and are shown only after company sign-in. The Google sign-in token is encrypted and never sent to a browser. The workspace also keeps the company’s own ticketing, sales and Instagram records from its other connected accounts, stored and protected the same way.
Removing access and records
The owner can disconnect Google at any time in the app (Email & contacts → Disconnect), which also removes the app’s access at Google. Access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Records already imported stay in the workspace until the company deletes them. To ask for removal, or with any question, email technosnobs@gmail.com.
